Ingredients:
- 4 – 5 tbs raw organic oats
- 3 – 4 raw dates
- 1 cup almond milk (Home Made)
- 1 tbs LSA
- 1 tsp of Chia seeds
- 2 tbs Raw organic currants
- 1 banana
Method:
- Place oats and chopped dates in a bowl. Add almond milk and leave in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning add all other ingredients and top up with almond milk. If desired warm in microwave. After warming add slices of bananas and then the currents.
- Mix through and enjoy.
