If you love those lovely summer days, when Mangos are in season and the sun is shining outside, there is nothing better and more refreshing then an awesome cold salad with a little tangy taste of lime and the hard to resist sweetness of a juicy ripe mango.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large handfuls of Rocket
  • 1 ripe Pear sliced
  • 1 large ripe Avocado
  • 1 large Mango
  • 2 tbsp slivered almonds (roasted)
  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 1 Tbs Cold Pressed Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbs Lime juice

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients through gently and consume immediately.
