Ingredients:
- 1 large handfuls of Rocket
- 1 ripe Pear sliced
- 1 large ripe Avocado
- 1 large Mango
- 2 tbsp slivered almonds (roasted)
- 2 tbsp dried cranberries
- 1 Tbs Cold Pressed Olive Oil
- 1 Tbs Lime juice
Method:
- Mix all ingredients through gently and consume immediately.
