We look at the substances that are being used to manufacture foods and just how addictive they can be. We look at the addictiveness of processed sugar. We come to an understanding as to why people find it so difficult to stop eating certain foods.
We answer the question ” why it is that people know that they should not be eating certain foods but why they continue to do so”? We are now at the end of 4 session.
