Once we have learnt all of this we leave it to one side and we start looking at foods.
In particular we look at our modern day foods, how they are made and what they mean to a diabetic or to a person trying to loose weight.
There is nothing more frustrating for a diabetic than walking into a supermarket and then trying to work out what is safe to buy and what they should not be buying.
Our aim is that by the end of the program you can identify the appropriate foods from a distance.
