The program is a 12 week program.
People often say that 12 weeks is a long time. That is true. However when you have a look at type 2 diabetes or being overweight and you start to understand that it has taken many years to develop these conditions then you start to understand that 12 weeks in this context is not really a long time.
For the program to be effective for you, you will need to join each 2 hour session for the 12 week period.
Robin & I stumbled into this program with no understanding of what we were doing. Being a diabetic for nearly 20 years I was after some instruction to stop the progression of this disease. Peter explained every part of diabetes simply so I would understand and with this understanding I now have lost 8kg and have dropped my diabetic medication completely.
