Peter Pratt the DHC Founder, Juice Fast – Day 21

Day 21 is a period of time, which brings with it some very interesting changes and insights.

Amongst a whole range of things the most noticeable change is the fact that the sense of smell and taste has changed. This in turn leads people to start disliking processed foods. They start to become foods which are put into the horrible category. When a person is able to achieve these changes they are in a position to change their lifestyle into the future. It then becomes a matter of choice rather than will power.

    Morning Peter,

    I have reached DAY 24! I am feeling happier and healthier in myself which my family have noticed and comment on all the time. Not only am I reducing weight but instead of investing thousands of dollars in a breast reduction, I am achieving that also and my back is so thankful. Clothing is fitting better and feels sexier to wear. I am now wearing clothes which have been put away for a couple of years from the “When I Loose Weight” boxes. I am gaining more of my confidence back each day and see myself as a beautiful person again.

    I have tested myself with foods by putting a portion in my mouth, swishing it around to suck out the flavors then spat it out. This process has really proven how my tastes have changed and yes KFC is now vile to me.

    I am so ready for the next part of this journey with relish,

      Hello Sue,

      Wow! you are in the process of changing your lifestyle. Keep up the great work! It is now time to focus on where to from here. Session 11 & 12 are very important for that reason. Can’t wait to hear the successful stories tonight!
