Ingredients:
- 2 Pears
- 200g of raw cashews
- Frozen Raspberries
Method:
- Wash the pears well and remove the core. Then cut into quarters, including their skin, and place in a food processor along with the cashews.
- Blend for about 20 seconds until smooth paste forms.
- Then place in a pot and cook for about 5 minutes or so.
Serve in small dessert dishes, topped with some organic frozen Raspberries.
