The following information is presented to quantify what a lifestyle change can achieve for person with type 2 diabetes who undertakes a beneficial lifestyle change.
All participants were diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.
Program results are based on blood test before the commencement of the D.H.C. Lifestyle Program (Line 1) and then on a blood test that is taken approximately three months after the completion of the program (Line 2). Improvements in results are listed in green.
It is also noted if the doctor has taken the participant off their diabetic medication.
Individual results do vary and any lifestyle change or changes to medication/s must be supervised by your doctor.
