  • Rice Cakes (It is important that the right sort of rice cakes are used.
  • There are many out there that have undesirable ingredients. A Good rice cake will two ingredients only:
  • Wholegrain Brown rice & puffed cereal grains.
  • Selection of fresh fruit or berries.

Method:
Spread the raw nutella spread onto the rice cakes. Top off with your choice of fruit and enjoy.
