Greetings,

It is nice to be writing to you once again. We always enjoy and treasure the time that we have to sit down and to share with you some of the special things that are happening. It allows us to share with you some of the things that we are seeing and experiencing or should we say some of the things that our program attendees are experiencing.

If you have been following our programs you will know that we now have 3 running all at the same time.  We now have two programs which are almost completed and one half way through. The results as usual are stunning to say the least. Medications are disappearing as doctors ask their patients to stop taking them. Blood sugars falling, weight falling so quickly that it is almost to hard to try and talk about it, even blood pressures normalising amongst a whole plethora of benefits.

This week we have something very special for you. Jo Wamner who is attending one of our venue programs is putting together a blog of her lifestyle change journey. It gives many insights into what such a journey requires. Jo has kindly allowed us to take her blog and to replicate on our web site.  We have done exactly that.  You can now follow Jo’s lifestyle change live!
