This weeks newsletter is very special. We are officially announcing the next Diabetic Health Clinic Lifestyle Program. The Program will commence on Sunday the 6th of October at 4.30 p.m.

 The program will be run in Glasshouse Mountains.  The venue is the Calvary Lutheran Church in the township of Glasshouse Mountains.  We are grateful to the Church for kindly donating the venue for the program.

If you live in the area or if you know someone that is in the area, now is the time to enrol. Remember this is a free program. If you have completed one of our programs and you know someone that would benefit, now is the time that they should enrol.

Enrolling is very easy. Please follow this link and click through the questions. After completing the questions, you will know if you will benefit from this program. As a part of this process you will be able to enrol. The whole process will take about 5 minutes. It is quick and easy.

The Program is for the following people:

1. You have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.

2. You have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes.

3. You have diabetes in your family or you struggle to lead a healthy lifestyle.

 We are looking forward to running this program and we are looking forward to the amazing results that we will be seeing.  For the people who attend, this will be the ultimate Christmas Present!
