Diabetic Health Clinic Newsletter – 11/8/2013

Greetings,

It is great to be writing to you once again.  This week we have some exciting news.  We have finally decided on the start date of a brand new program.  The Program will be delivered via conference call / on-line meeting.  It does not matter where you live you will be able to attend. Obviously this is a very different approach.  We recently completed the pilot program and we came to a conclusion that it worked exceptionally well.  All attendees found that their doctor dropped their sugar lowering medications. That’s what we call success. Combined with our announcement last week that the program will remain at no charge you will only need two things to qualify.

1. Type 2 diabetes or pre-diabetes.

2. A desire to change your lifestyle to one that is focused on health

The new program is scheduled to start on Tuesday the 3rd of September.  If you would like to be a part of this program then you should follow this link.  Ensure you complete the questions.

The Program will be run in the Australian Eastern Time Zone and each session will commence at 7.30 p.m.

Currently there are only 12 places remaining and filing quickly.

Are you thinking why do this? You need to have a look at the testimonial below.

Video Testimonial

Clive Budd attended our pilot conference call / on-line program.  He has been an inspiration to all of us.  Clive changed the health outcomes for his life.  He is currently off all of his medications including insulin and metformin. He has experienced a massive drop in weight and is passionate about his new lifestyle and his new found health.  Follow this link to see Clive’s video testimonial.

New Recipes

This week we added three recipes.  If you wanted to you could make all three combine them and you would have a absolutely sensational main meal.  Give it a go.  All of these foods are based on whole foods without any processed ingredients and are safe for diabetics.  Here are the recipes.

Sweet Potato and Pumpkin Mash.

This a tasty alternative especially for diabetics to the usual potato mash. Nutritious with a low GI.

It is easy to make and you can use it as a great alternative for unhealthy potato mash and recipes.

 Rocket Salad.

This is a great tasting salad that goes with many different meals. Click through to get the recipe for this wonderful salad. We know that you will enjoy this raw food dish.

Lentil & Sunflower Patties.

This is a meal designed for replacing your meat dish. Made from Lentils & Sunflower Seeds these patties pack some serious nutrition. To top it of they taste heavenly. Combined with the Rocket Salad & the Sweet Potato and Pumpkin Mash this meal is sure to satisfy people who like their meats.

Based on whole foods this is a 100% diabetic safe recipe.
