I was surprised to see that I could do water fast for two days. I tried to do juicing for rest of week. I did eat organic cashew nuts. On last day we were invited for dinner so had normal food. Managed to loose 2 kg. Overall it was good experience, really looking forward for February challenge as I am still struggling to just eat fruits and vegetables. – Rujuta
