Mangos are just one of those that is irresistible in any recipe we have tried so far.
A Mango smoothie is a satisfying and quick way of having a nutritious snack drink or dessert that will not only leave you licking the glass for more, but will provide you with plenty of vitamins, minerals and even beneficial bacteria that will aid your digestion process.
The smoothie can also be enjoyed in winter, just substitute the fresh mango with frozen mango cubes.
Ingredients:
1 Fresh mango, cubed roughly, skin and pip removed
1 Banana, peeled and chopped
1 Cup of greek yoghurt
1 Cup of rice or almond milk
Organic agave syrup to taste
Method:
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend for about 30 seconds or until all ingredients are well combined and there are no lumps.
Pour into pre prepared chilled glasses and enjoy.
