How can you say no?
Ingredients:
- 2 Mangoes
- 2 Bananas
- 2 tbs of Organic plain yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
- 1 punnet of fresh Blueberries
Method:
- Chop up banana & mango into 2 cm cubes and freeze overnight.
- Place frozen fruit, and yoghurt into a blender and blend until a smooth texture is achieved.
- Serve immediately topped with fresh blueberries or freeze in airtight container for future use.
This recipe makes 4 – 6 servings.
