I was struggling with my weight after given up smoking 4yrs ago and my GP warned me if I didn’t lose weight I would become a diabetic. Diabetes runs in my family history. My weight on the first day of commencing the DHC program was 104.5kg.
During the first few days of my lifestyle change I had suffered minor head aches but once the first week was finished I was fine. I remember on the second day I felt ill and didn’t want to drink the juices I had made. I had to force myself to drink it, the third day was much better.
I was 11.5kg lighter within the first month. I am feeling much more energised and active.
I totally recommend for any one who is struggling with their weight or diabetes not pass this opportunity up. This is the best program I have ever been on, and I have been on a few and wasted my money doing so. As I learnt, if you REALLY want something don’t hold back. If you want to lose weight this is the program to be on.
