This is a juice that will give you a shot of Iron.Iron is available from many foods, when you juice it is highly absorbable and with many people being iron deficient this is a great juice to make.

Ingredients:
1 Beetroot
1 Apple
2 Carrots
1/2 Cup of Broccoli
2 Kale leaves


Method:
Wash thoroughly, peel non organic vegetables and juice.
This recipe makes approximately 500 ml
