Starting as a traditionally trained chef, Chef Kenney had his first restaurant in New York by the time he was 28 years old, focusing on regional Mediterranean cooking. After a journey through Foie Gras and Strip Steak, and being named one of the Ten Best New Chefs in America by Food and Wine magazine, he realised that the greatest use of his talent was to develop and prepare whole foods that were alive and healthful.
