Coconut_Choc_Cookies


Cookies are a favourite snack with a cup of tea. These cookies are healthy and contain no processed foods.  As a matter of fact they are healthy. Containing coconut rolled oats, almonds and raw cacao powder not only is the taste beautiful but you can eat these wonderful treats without having a negative impact on your heart. As a matter of fact with all the benefits of these wonderful whole foods you will be doing your health a favour.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup of almonds
  • 1 tbs raw organic cacao powder
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbs coconut sugar
  • 2 tbs cold pressed olive oil

Method:

  1. Grind the oats & almond together
  2. Mix all ingrediens 
  3. Line a baking tray with backing paper
  4. With a table spoon form cookies in tray
  5. Bake the cookies at 170 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes
  6. Cool on the tray
