- 3 Medium beetroot.
- Fresh horseradish to taste.
- Pinch of himalayan salt .
- Organic maple syrup to taste
Method:
- Cook the beetroot without peeling until almost soft.
- Set aside to cool.
- Peel and grate finely.
- Grate the fresh horseradish.
- Add the pinch of salt and maple syrup. Mix and serve.
