Bean patties are easy and quick to make. They are tasty, as a matter of fact, delicious. They make a very satisfying meal with some huge health benefits.
Beans are known to:

Ingredients:
- 1 Cup white or brown beans
- 1 Onion
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 1 Cup of raw oats
- 1 Tsp of marjoram leaves
- 1/2 Tsp of Basil
- Himalayan salt & cracked pepper to taste
- Natural unprocessed bran
Method:
- Soak beans overnight and cook until soft. Once cooked drain the water.
- Mince beans using a mincer.
- Soak oats in warm water for 10 minutes and then squeeze the water out.
- Fry onion on a small amount of cold pressed virgin olive oil.
- Mix all the ingredients. Add in finely chopped garlic. Add the himalayan salt and cracked pepper to taste.
- Once mixed for patties, cover them with the bran.
- Fry on cold pressed virgin olive oil.
