Greetings,

It is nice to be writing to you once again.  Again this week we have seen more research released which yet again shows that it is our food that is causing all the damage.  There is no doubt that the consumption of the right sort of foods makes all the difference. For many people it means the normalisation of their sugar levels. The question is what are the right foods? The answer is quite a simple one. It is the return to a whole foods, as grown plant based diet. For diabetics if the processed foods are removed then an amazing turn around starts to occur. It happens very quickly and people are quite often surprised how their sugar levels have dropped and have normalised.

Breaking Stories

A new study published this month in the British Journal of Nutrition has found something very interesting. Eating peanuts for breakfast reduces sugar levels and the effect carries over until after lunch. Yet again we see that a whole as grown food is beneficial.

We are posting all of the health benefits of this incredible snack. Just be careful as most are sold as roasted. They are soaked in chemically extracted vegetable oils to increase weight which allows the food companies to increase profits. Then they pour salt into the pack which is not beneficial for your health.
