Ingredients:
- 800 ml of filtered water
- 200g sweet potato
- 100g carrot
- 1 medium onion
- 1 bunch of spinach
- 1 Massell chicken stock cube
Method:
- Chop the sweet potato, carrot and onion into medium sized pieces. Add stock cube and cook until soft.
- Add the chopped spinach, bring to boil and cook for one minute.
- Blend in blender.
- Add himalayan salt, cracked pepper and lemon juice to taste.
- Optional: Add 1 tbs of natural Greek yogurt per serve.
