A nice alternative for a dinner side salad. Its sweet flavour compliments most meals. We love it with the zucchini fritters.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 a head of sweet cabbage
- 2 carrots
- 1 spring onion
- 5 radishes
- 1 handful of sultanas (organic and sugar free)
- Virgin cold pressed olive oil
- Sea Salt
- Cracked Pepper
- Chilli flakes
Method:
- Finely shred cabbage, grate carrot, chop spring onion and radishes.
- Add olive oil and seasoning to taste. Mix well.
- Can be stored in a fridge overnight to bring out all the flavours.
