Ingredients:

  • 300 grams peeled Celeriac
  • 1 Apple
  • 2-3 Tbs raw organic Maple Syrup
  • Juice from 1/2 a Lemon
  • 2 Tbs of Soya Mayonnaise (Sugar free and processed food free)
  • 3 Tbs organic Sultanas
  • 3 Tbs of fine Desiccated Coconut

Method:

  1. Use all ingredients except sultanas and coconut. Add to thermomix or grate finely.
  2. If using a thermomix set for 20 seconds at position 4 – 5.
  3. Add sultanas & coconut and mix. (If grating add mayonnaise while mixing).
