Ingredients:
- 300 grams peeled Celeriac
- 1 Apple
- 2-3 Tbs raw organic Maple Syrup
- Juice from 1/2 a Lemon
- 2 Tbs of Soya Mayonnaise (Sugar free and processed food free)
- 3 Tbs organic Sultanas
- 3 Tbs of fine Desiccated Coconut
Method:
- Use all ingredients except sultanas and coconut. Add to thermomix or grate finely.
- If using a thermomix set for 20 seconds at position 4 – 5.
- Add sultanas & coconut and mix. (If grating add mayonnaise while mixing).
