Ingredients:
- ½ cup of coconut water
- ½ cup of almond milk (prefer homemade)
- 1 banana
- ½ cup of quinoa flakes
- 2 tbs chia seeds
- 4 prunes or 3 dates
- 1 tbs goji berries
- Cacao nibs
Method:
- Add all ingredients except for cacao nibs to blender.
- Blend to achieve required consistency.
- Pour into bowl and sprinkle cacao nibs.
Serve fresh.
