1 Fresh organic tomato
Red or Spring onion
Cracked pepper and Himalayan salt to taste.
Fresh parsley or basil to garnish.
Place pumpernickel bread on a plate. Spread the cottage cheese over the bread. Cover with sliced onion and tomato. Sprinkle seasoning to taste.Garnish with fresh herbs.
