Ingredients:
1 cup coconut water
1 cup of almond milk (prefer home made)
1 banana
1/2 cup of frozen berries
2 tbs of coconut yoghurt
2 tbs of chia seeds
4 dates
Method: Place all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly.
Serve fresh.
