There are very few people that will tell you that they don’t enjoy a nice refreshing smoothie, especially on a hot summers day.
This smoothie is divine. We think heavenly. It is packed with antioxidants, vitamin C and many others.
Can be enjoyed as a snack or even for breakfast by the whole family.
It is low fat and has no processed sugar at all.
Ingredients:
1 Cup of frozen or fresh berries (blueberries or a mix of berries)
1 Cup of greek yogurt
1 Cup of almond milk
1 Tbs of agave syrup
1/2 Cup of ice
Method:
Blend in blender until smooth, pour and enjoy.
If using frozen berries omit ice and add extra almond milk to achieve desired consistency.
