What a better way to start the day, than with a delicious, full of flavour, goodness and satisfaction smoothie.
This recipe is packed with the benefits of spinach, and the wonderful flavours of our fruit in season. Full of antioxidants and vitamins that no cereal or toast will ever give you. You will love it, its a must.
Ingredients:
½ small mango-peeled and cubed
½ large banana or one small
½ kiwi fruit-also peeled
handful of baby spinach leaves
handful of frozen berries
1 Tbs of chia seeds
1 Tbs of LSA
½ cup of coconut water
½ cup of almond milk, preferably home made
Method:
Place all ingredients in the blender in the order listed above and blend for about 10 seconds.
Enjoy immediately.
