Lifestyle Designed To Help Normalise Blood Sugar Levels

I first attended the Diabetic Heath Clinic Lifestyle Program in February 2013,
I was 84 kgs and taking prescription drugs to lower my blood sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol. I thought I was in fairly good health, however through the program I learned that Diabetes type 2 is a progressive disease and medications only slow down the disease.
During the 12 week program I began trying the various recipes making juices and meals. When I decided that I would undergo a period of juice fasting, I was fully prepared and had a wonderful support group.
During the fasting I was able to stop taking my medications and still maintain a healthy blood pressure and sugar level.
Following the end of the fast I changed fully to a whole and raw food diet and now avoid all processed foods especially sugar.
My weight is now 78kgs and I am eagerly awaiting my next blood test and the surprised look on my doctor’s face.
