Ingredients:
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup of almonds
- 1 tbs raw organic cacao powder
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tbs coconut sugar
- 2 tbs cold pressed olive oil
Method:
- Grind the oats & almond together
- Mix all ingrediens
- Line a baking tray with backing paper
- With a table spoon form cookies in tray
- Bake the cookies at 170 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes
- Cool on the tray
