Mango & Banana Nut Smoothie

  • 1 banana
  • 1 – 2 cups of amend milk
  • 1 handful of raw cashes

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients in a powerful blender
  2. Vary the amount of almond milk depending on the consistency that you prefer
  3. Blend until smooth.
