Last week week we said we would share with you some of our interesting data in regards to weight loss.
As a society we are fixated on on the term “weight loss”. How would you feel if you could get to a point where you would be happy with you weight?
Today there is a massive worldwide industry which strips people of thousands of dollars promising them that they will loose a kilo or two, but what is weight loss all about?
Today we are sharing with you the secret of weight loss. Because we have had many hundreds of people complete the Diabetic Health Clinic Lifestyle Change Program we are going to share with you some of our data. If you are struggling to loose weight check out the following statistics.
1. 80% or less compliance to a non processed food diet = weight gain
2. 80% or higher compliance to a non processed food diet = no weight change
3. 100% compliance to a non processed food diet = weight loss
Hmmm I hear you say?
