It is now time to join the Diabetic Health Clinic Program Facebook Group.
Before you begin you will need to have a Facebook account and be logged in. If you don’t have a Facebook account, you will need to create one. Keep in mind that you do not need to post anything about yourself in the public arena. The idea here is that you benefit from the information being posted.

Once you have logged into your Facebook account, join the DHC Lifestyle Program Group by clicking the Blue Box.
Once you have clicked on the blue box you will be directed to the group page. Click on the “Join Group” button as per image below. We will then receive your request to join the group. Once we recieve the request we will authorise it at which time you will become a member of the Diabetic Health Clinic Lifetyle Program Members Group.
