Ingredients:
- ½ a Chinese cabbage
- 3 dill cucumbers
- 4 cm of leak
- 1 small bunch of parsley
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tbs of cold pressed olive oil
- Himalayan salt and cracked pepper
Method:
- Shred cabbage, cut the cucumbers and leak into small pieces, chop the parsley and mix all vegetables.
- Add the lemon, olive oil salt and pepper.
Makes approximately 700 grams of salad.
