This week we are touching on a very important subject and that is the subject of vitamin B12. You have heard about but why is it so important? This is a vitamin that you cannot live without and did you know that there are only certain places where you can get this incredibly important vitamin from.

The effects on not having enough vitamin B12 can be horrific. There have been many people that have had major health issues because they did not have enough vitamin B12 and all because they were not eating enough of the right foods.
